Yano has a lot of fear of being cheated on and of losing someone he cares about, and Nanami is mostly an awkward girl who's never been in a relationship before and ends up competing with the memory of Nana. The main couple, Yano and Nanami (Also called Nana, just to make things awkward), get together pretty early in the show, but their relationship is anything but steady and solid. The show isn't a fanservice show at all, no nudity or anything, but the fact that he keeps trying to push things a little bit further when they're making out is something I think most teen boys do. If nothing else, he has a sex drive, and a normal one at that. What's interesting to me is that Yano largely comes off as a somewhat realistic teenager. Couple that with the fact that she was in the car with her ex-boyfriend, who was physically abusive to her and who she kept getting together with even while with Yano has left him emotionally scarred. The main relationship is hampered in a big way by the fact that the Yano, main boy's previous girlfriend Nana died in a car accident. This ones really sweet, but also a bit rough on the old emotional center, as it is largely dealing with it's core relationships in a fairly realistic way. Started watching Bokura Ga Ita last night, and got a bit over halfway through it.

Click to expand.Since I've only been around these threads now since Jan/Feb, I've only seen her a couple of times, and one of those times she was dressed as Shiroe from Log Horizon, and at least one other time she was dressed in clothing that read "male".
